Renovation of a municipal facility in Saint Peters, Missouri. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The City of St. Peters is seeking proposals from qualified contractors to design/build the Cultural Arts Centre Art Room Ceiling and Lighting Replacement Project, per specifications located within these documents. Question Deadline 05/16/2025 at 12:00 PM CT Direct All Inquiries to: bids@stpetersmo.net with "25-28648 - Cultural Arts Art Room Ceiling and Lighting Replacement Project" in subject line. Bidder hereby agrees to commence work under this contract on or after a date to be specified in a written "NOTICE TO PROCEED" of the owner and to fully complete the project by September 5, 2025, as stipulated in the specifications. Liquidated damages of $100.00 a day will apply. The OWNER reserves the right to require the successful bidder to file proof of his ability to properly finance and execute the project together with his record of successful completion of similar projects. The OWNER reserves the right to reject any and all offers or proposals submitted, or to advertise for new proposals. The OWNER reserves the right to defer the acceptance of any proposal and the execution of a contract for a period not exceeding sixty (60) calendar days after the date of opening of the RFPs. The successful bidder to whom the contract has been awarded shall sign the contract documents within ten (10) calendar days after the OWNER issues the Notice of Award.
