The City of St. Peters is Seeking Bids for Rec-plex South Gymnasium Floor Refinishing. The Last Time for Questions is Before Noon Local Time, Tuesday, July 8, 2025. Bidder Hereby Agrees to Commence Work Under This Contract on or After a Date to Be Specified in a Written Notice to Proceed of the Owner and to Fully Complete the Project by September 21, 2025. As Stipulated in the Specifications. Liquidated Damages of $200.00 a Day Will Apply. All Questions Regarding This Project Shall Be Submitted to the City of St. Peters Purchasing Department in Writing to Bids@stpetersmo.net Under the Subject Line "25-155 - Rec-plex South Gymnasium Floor Refinishing" Before Noon Local Time, Tuesday, July 8, 2025. The City Reserves the Right to Waive Any Informality in Bidding, and to Accept the Bid Most Advantageous to the City.
