PROJECT SCOPE The Justice Center Security Improvements Project includes all aspects of construction to provide a complete turn-key finished project, including but not limited to: all labor and materials, select demolition, debris removal, rough carpentry, finish carpentry, bullet resistant walls, bullet resistant doors and frames, metal framing, door hardware, acoustical ceilings, gypsum walls and ceilings, ceiling work, painting, wallcovering, clean up, flooring and base, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, associated systems and related componentry as needed for securityimprovements, and prevailing wage labor required by the contract documents unless specificallyexcluded and as described in the scope of work and standard specifications.
