The scope of this project is to refurbish the interior of the fountains and connecting water streams PebbleTec(R) surface, at the City of St. Peters Veterans Memorial Fountains within City Centre Park located at One St. Peters Centre Blvd, St. Peters, MO. 63376. This is a site dedicated as a Memorial for all of the Service Members of the United States. The area requires great respect and care even during construction. Areas that may need removed from public access during this project must be maintained at all times and all materialskept in an organized manor The bid security attached in the sum of five percent (5%) Payment Bond/Performance Bond will be required for any single award of $50,000.00 or over. All questions regarding this project shall be submitted to the City of St. Peters Purchasing Department in writing to Bids@stpetersmo.net under the subject line - Veterans Memorial Fountains Resurfacing before noon local time, June 17, 2025. Liquidated damages of $300.00 a day will apply. Any bidder may withdraw, modify, or correct his proposal at any time prior to the scheduled closing time for the receiving of bids.
