The Board reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids in whole or in part, to waive any irregularities and/or informality in the bids, to split and/or accept the bid which is in the best interest of the Washtenaw County Road Commission. The Board also reserves the right to reaward a bid when in the opinion of the Washtenaw County Road Commission the lower bidder will not be able to adequately comply with the Washtenaw County Road Commissions requirements in a timely manner. Note: Past experience and performance will be a factor in making an award.
