Reference Number 0000380136 The work includes furnishing all labor, equipment, and materials necessary to complete construction of eight Pickleball Courts and Access Walk and all incidental construction at the Hudson Mills Metropark in Washtenaw County, Michigan. General Requirements - Installation Required - Insurance Required Inquiries regarding this project should be directed to Randy Walter, PE at randy.walter@metroparks.com or 810-494-6025. Bids shall be submitted on the form included in the bidding documents, and shall be accompanied by a Cashier's Check, Certified Check or Bid Bond underwritten by a surety licensed in the State of Michigan, in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid, as a guarantee that the successful bidder will enter into a contract. After the time of opening, no bid may be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days. *The Authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive irregularities and/or formalities and to make award in any manner deemed in the best interest of the Authority.
