Description

Renovation of a mixed-use development in Los Angeles, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.

The Greater Los Angeles VA Healthcare Engineering department is seeking experience contractors to service and repair large, closed loop systems over 300 gallons in volume. The cooling system requiring maintenance consists of a closed loop radiator with make-up water system with expansion tank. Contractor to be awarded shall be able to demonstrate a minimum of five years experience repairing such cooling systems on their past performance of at least 300 gallons in volume. All questions are due no later than March 13, 2025 at 1600pm PST. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products and commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subpart 12.6, Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Products and Commercial Services, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and a written solicitation document will not be issued.
