Notwithstanding any other provisions herein, the LACDA reserves the right in its sole discretion to waive minor technical deficiencies in the quotes. Penalty: If the Work is not performed in accordance with the terms of this Agreement and in compliance with the Notice to Proceed, the LACDA is entitled to impose the Penalty of five hundred ($500) dollars per day. The Work to be performed under this Construction Contract shall commence within ten (10) days after a Notice to Proceed is received by the Contractor, or on the date specified in the Notice, and shall be completed within thirty (30) calendar days following the required commencement date, or on the date specified in the Notice by the LACDA. Completion Period: 30-Calander Days from date noted in the Notice to Proceed Non-Completion Penalty: $500.00 per day
