Site work, paving and renovation of a mixed-use development in Walla Walla, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and for the renovation of a service station / car wash facility.

Construction of the BYD Electrical Bus Charger Installation - Phase 3 project. Work to be performed includes: the construction of five (5) electric bus charging stations within the existing bus shelter using owner provided chargers, site work including concrete paving replacement, trench excavation, and landscape restoration. The construction project also requires modification of the existing switchboard by adding additional breakers. The Valley Transit is an equal opportunity and affirmative action employer. All work performed on the project will be subject to state prevailing wage rates. Each bid proposal shall be accompanied by a bid proposal deposit in cash, certified check, cashier's check, postal money order, or surety bond in an amount equal to at least 5 percent of the amount of such bid proposal. Should the successful bidder fail to enter into such contract and furnish satisfactory performance and payment bond within the time stated in the Specifications, the bid proposal deposit shall be forfeited to Valley Transit. Valley Transit reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive irregularities in the bid or the bidding. No bidder may withdraw their proposal after the hours set for the opening thereof, or before award of contract, unless said award is delayed for a period exceeding 60 calendar days.
