Site work for a mixed-use development in Walla Walla, Washington. Conceptual plans call for site work for a military facility; and sidewalk / parking lot.
The goal of this project is to expand the footprint of the existing maintenance yard, making more fenced-in space available and increasing the overall usability of the space. A second goal is to improve security in the yard and public parking area by adding cameras and additional lights. Currently there are no security cameras in this area. The goal is to expand the yard area to the south and improve the overall site and improve functionality of the facilities. Details of the work are attached in the Sources Sought document. The magnitude of construction is estimated to be between $100,000 and $250,000. Anticipated Award in May 2025 Anticipated Physical construction work starting in June 2025. Anticipated Physical Contract Completion August 2025. The Method of Contractor Selection has not been determined at this Time. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
