Site work for a mixed-use development in Olds, Alberta. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and sidewalk / parking lot.
The purpose of this RFQ is to solicit quotations from qualified contractors for the repair of various concrete sidewalks and curbs within the Town of Olds as part of our 2025 - 2027 Concrete Repair Program. The selected contractor will be responsible for providing all necessary labour, materials, equipment, and services to ensure the proper repair of concrete as specified in the Scope of Work contained in Attachment 1. Work shall include but not be limited to sidewalk replacement, curb and gutter replacement and asphalt patching.
