Site work and asbestos abatement for a restaurant in Marcellus, Michigan. Completed plans call for site work for a restaurant; and for asbestos abatement for a restaurant.
Questions regarding this RFP shall be submitted by email by March 17, 2025. Through The Barton Group, the Cass County Land Bank Authority (hereafter the CCLBA or the LBA) is hereby soliciting proposals from qualified vendors for ACM Abatement of the two-story building located at 136-140 E Main St, Marcellus in Cass County, Michigan (Parcel #s: 14-051-531-005-00, 14-051-531-005-50, 14-051-531-006-00). This mixed-use property is proposed to have significant renovations to stabilize the property; the roof was recently replaced through the Village of Marcellus. The requested scope of work involves completion of ACM Abatement for the property to make safe for further stabilization actions and other contract. The ideal time for the work to be completed would be within six weeks of contract execution and an absolute deadline would be for the work to be completed within 10 weeks of contract execution.
