Remodeling and renovation of a military facility in Bremerton, Washington. Completed plans call for the remodel of a military facility.
The contractor shall provide, labor, materials, and equipment, as required, to accomplish the following work in accordance with the basic contract requirements, incorporated clauses, included drawings, enclosures, references and statements herein: This task order for B857 is to remove, repair and replace the existing roof, add an exterior stair access with railing around the perimeter of the building, and relocate the natural gas lines from on top of the roof, to inside the building. All work must be coordinated with on-going operations in the immediate area, in and around building 857. The contractor shall coordinate all laydown areas and access with the government representative. The contractor will contact the government representative within 14 days after award to coordinate submittals and to discuss pre-construction meeting scheduling. All required submittals must be received/accepted by the government prior to the meeting. A pre-construction meeting agenda will be provided by separate correspondence. The Period of Performance shall be 365 days after award PN - 24174318
