Contractor Qualification DCAMM Certificate Required for DCAMM contracts over $150,000, Highway Division contracts over $50,000. The Contractor will be required to fully complete the project within 540 consecutive days of the start date fixed The scope of work includes installation of poly- and per-fluoroalkyl substances (PFAS) treatment filter vessels and construction of approximately 2,800 sq. ft. building addition at the White Lodge Water Treatment Plant located at 154 University Ave., Westwood, MA. The new building addition is brick masonry building. The work includes: new PFAS vessels, relocating chemical feed equipment, replacement of motor control equipment, replacement of greensand filter piping, instrumentation, and SCADA, electrical, HVAC, and associated civil/site work including design and installation of support of excavation systems. Furnishing and installing 12-ft. diameter pressure vessel PFAS treatment system to treat up to 4.5-MGD of water. Estimated construction cost: $12,100,000
