Site work and paving for a road / highway in Westwood, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
The bidder/contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, tools, equipment, and incidentals necessary to complete the work that includes, but is not limited to, restoring the specified roadways and sidewalks and to perform the work of these Contract Documents and all included Items, their associated Specifications and Details under the direction of the Town. Work generally included in this contract includes, but is not limited to, providing cleaning, general preparation,resetting/adjusting of utility castings, pavement milling, full depth patching where necessary, installation of HMA leveling and pavement courses, monolithic bituminous berm, keyway milling and HMA overlay of sidewalk and driveway aprons, Portland cement concrete pedestrian curb ramps, installation of pavement markings, and all other specified and incidental work. Questions concerning this invitation for proposals must be submitted in writing to: Procurement Department, Westwood Town Hall, 580 High Street, Westwood, MA 02090 or by email at Procurement@townhall.westwood.ma.us. Questions may be delivered or mailed. Written responses will be posted on the Westwood Town Hall website. The deadline for bidder questions on the project will be 12:00 pm on January 30, 2026. Contractor Qualification Highway Division Required for DCAMM contracts over $150,000, Highway Division contracts over $50,000.
