Question Deadline 03/26/2025 at 1:00 PM PT Questions regarding this RFP/Q should be directed the District's eBid System The San Diego Unified Port District (District) is requesting proposals (Proposal) from firms qualified to provide Progressive Design Build services for the preconstruction and construction phases of Harbor Park Upland Improvements. The delivery method for this Project is "Progressive Design Build" (PDB), and will consist of a preconstruction phase and, at District's option, a construction phase. During the preconstruction phase, the Contractor will collaborate with the District on existing conditions, design, constructability, cost, and schedule of the Project and develop a Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) for the construction phase of the Project. Upon District's acceptance of the GMP, the District may exercise its option for the construction phase. If the District and the Contractor do not agree upon a GMP, the District may not exercise its option for the construction phase of the Project to the Contractor.
