Project No. 9588546 The project consists of all labor, materials, and equipment required to prepare site for installation of prefabricated concrete CXT unit. Work includes, but is not limited to new water, sewer, and electrical lines run to CXT; subgrade preparation; coordination with CXT manufacturer on placement of unit; installation of new sidewalks; landscape restoration; temporary erosion and sedimentation control; and other ancillary costs associated with work. The estimated cost of the project is $229,840 , and the required substantial completion date is June 30, 2025. The project is located at 325 6th Ave, Dallasport, WA 98617. Bidders will NOT be charged a fee of $42.00 to submit a bid electronically. The required Training class through L&I must be taken by the CONTRACTOR prior to awarding any public works.
