Work includes, but is not limited to new water, sewer, and electrical lines run to CXT; subgrade preparation; coordination with CXT manufacturer on placement of unit; installation of new sidewalks; landscape restoration; temporary erosion and sedimentation control; and other ancillary costs associated with work. The estimated cost of the project is $229,840 , and the required substantial completion date is June 30, 2025. The project is located at 325 6th Ave, Dallasport, WA 98617. Bidders will NOT be charged a fee of $42.00 to submit a bid electronically. The required Training class through L&I must be taken by the CONTRACTOR prior to awarding any public works.
