As of July 21, 2025, per owner, work will begin week of July 20, 2025, with major construction planned to start week of July 27, 2025. Said proposals for the furnishing of all labor and materials for the construction, complete in-place, of the following work: 9,500 SY Remove Bituminous Pavement 7,800 CY Excavation - Common (EV) 1,000 TON Aggregate Base, Class 5 37,000 SY Full Depth Reclamation 13,500 TON Bituminous Pavement 1,300 LF RC Pipe Sewer 130 LF Construct Drainage Structure 4,500 SF Concrete Sidewalk 3,100 LF 6-10 inch DIP Watermain 7,500 LF Concrete Curb and Gutter 1 SYS Traffic Control Signal System 1 SYS Revise Signal System 1 LS Paint Signal System 12,285 LF Pavement Markings 9,500 SY 4"Compacted Topsoil 9,500 SY Turf Establishment 250 SF Sign Panels Type C The bid bonds must be payable to the City of Burnsville in the amount of five percent (5%) of the amount of bid, to be forfeited as liquidated damages in the event that the bid is accepted and the bidder shall fail to promptly enter into a written contract and furnish the required bond. The City of Burnsville reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive informalities, and to award the bid in the best interest of the City. No bids may be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days.
