Paving for a power facility in Redding, California. Completed plans call for paving for a power facility.

The cut-off date and time for receiving questions regarding this bid is 5:00 p.m. PT, on Tuesday, March 25, 2025. All inquiries must be made in writing and may be submitted to the email address shown below. Provide services to do each of the following for TWO HRSG units: 1.Safely and effectively clean the SCR catalyst by air-blasting (using clean dry air) andvacuuming in accordance with industry standards and catalyst manufacturer'srecommendations. Repack any loose SCR seal packings. 2.Safely and effectively clean the interior of the base (10 ft) of the stack to remove dirt, ironoxides, ammonia salts, mineral, and other deposits. 3.Coat the interior of the base (10 ft) of the stack with a protective epoxy or other coatingthat is appropriate for the environment. Provide services to do the following for ONE HRSG unit; 1.Remove upstream and downstream louver dampers (see "Appendix" reports for additionalinformation).
