Said work consisting of all labor, material, and services necessary for: Sycamore Community Schools 2025 District Paving Projects. 1. Provide all work per the contract documents including but not limited to: a. Demolish existing pavement where indicated. b. Sawcut existing pavement where indicated. c. Provide new asphalt pavement where indicated. d. Seal existing cracks where indicated. e. Reseal existing pavement where indicated. f. Overlay existing pavement where indicated. g. Remove, stockpile, and replace existing concrete parking blocks when necessary. h. Patch, repair, and restore sites to pre-project conditions. i. Obtain all permits and inspections as required by state and local regulations, including providing any necessary stamped and sealed drawings required by authorities having jurisdiction. Bids shall be submitted on the form furnished with each set of bid documents or on a typewritten copy of that form. Each bid (base bid plus add alternates) shall be accompanied by a bid guarantee meeting requirements of Section 153.54 of the Ohio Revised Code. Said guarantee may be in the form of a bond (ORC 153.571) or a certified check (base bid plus add alternates), cashier's check, or letter of credit meeting requirements of 153.54. The said Board of Education reserves the right to waive informalities and to accept or reject all, or parts of all, bids. No bids may be withdrawn for at least 60 days after the scheduled closing time for receipt of bids.
