Renovation of an office development in Cincinnati, Ohio. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 14,000-square-foot office development.
As of August 13, 2025, construction was completed on this project in Mid-July 2025. No additional information is expected. The scope of work includes an interior remodel of the existing office space, encompassing various aspects such as partitioning, flooring, finishes, and other general construction tasks to prepare the space for tenant occupancy. The work will include necessary alterations to the interior layout to meet the specific needs of the tenant, with attention to ensuring the space is functional and aesthetically aligned with the client's vision. The Port will be moving to a new office space in Atrium Two, which is approximately 14,000 square feet (USF). The space will accommodate an organization of approximately sixty-eight (68) individuals, with eleven (11) accommodated in offices and forty-five (45) in workstations. The office should provide adequate collaboration areas and amenities to meet the needs of the organization. It should also feel uniquely "The Port" and enhance a collaborative culture. Project will begin in April, and The Port desires to move into and occupy their new space by the end of June 2025. It is recognized that this is an aggressive schedule.
