Site work for a water / sewer project in Cincinnati, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a 800-square-foot, one-story above grade water / sewer project.
The Winton Woods Boathouse Temporary Relocation Project will include site preparations, disassembly of floating docks, relocation of floating boathouse via Winton Lake from moorings to temporary anchorage for duration of lake drawdown, and subsequent return of boathouse to original moorings. Work is planned in anticipation of U.S. Army Corps of Engineers' scheduled Drawdown of Winton Lake from August 1 - November 30, 2025. Great Parks requires the Boathouse to be anchored in the temporary anchorage no later than Friday, July 25, 2025. Contractor shall have experience and skill to maintain, install, alter, and repair improvements such as docks, seawalls, piers, anchoring systems, and other marine structures. Any questions regarding the project shall be submitted in writing via email to Melissa Reddy at melissareddy@greatparks.org. Deadline for any questions will be April 1, 2025, by 4 p.m
