Value: $ 2,250,000.00 The allotted time for construction for this contract is three hundred (300) calendar days; liquidated damages for non-completion are $1,000 per calendar day No bidder may withdraw his bid for 90 days, while the Owner considers the bids. Mutually agreed upon time extensions may be made if necessary. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive informalities, and to negotiate with the apparent qualified best bidder or bidders to such extent as may be necessary.
