The City of Shelbyville seeks to retain the professional services of an architectural/engineering firm to provide expertise and guidance in the development and implementation of the Shelbyville Multipurpose Soccer Field Complex. Responsibilities ofthe selected firm will include, but not be limited to: Architectural/Engineering documents for the implementation ofthe Shelbyville Multipurpose Soccer Field Complex Scope of work: o Connection from the existing park infrastructure to new property via the softball parking lot. o A parking lot from the above connection that measures approximately 260,000 square feet creating 650 parking spaces and meeting all ADA requirements. o Grading and leveling of six full-size soccer fields that measure approximately 1300' x 500' with the goal of achieving a 1-1.5 percent final grade. o Fields will include a drainage system (ex. French drain) o To include plans for utility placement, irrigation, lighting for the 1300' x 500' space from the perimeter, and a building that will serve as concessions, restrooms, and storage The firm selected should have experience in grant reporting via the Smart Simple portal to the State ofTennessee and assume all reporting of grant status and updates required by the State in a timely manner.
