The work shall be as shown and called for in the contract documents and shall include, but not be limited to, the following general items of work 1. Miscellaneous sealants as required at all exterior and interior work. 2. Fire stopping application at all pipe penetrations. 3. Removal of existing concrete pads as indicated on construction drawings. 4. Repair, patching and paint existing walls, and flooring as required to perform the work. 5. Painting of specified walls, ceilings, flooring and conduits. 6. Removal of hazardous material: asbestos containing material. 7. Concrete pads for mechanical/plumbing equipment. 8. New fire rated doors and frames. 9. Removal of existing firebrick at chimney. 10. Removal of existing coal rail system. 11. Removal of existing boilers. 12. Remove and replace existing hatch ladders. 13. Remove and replace ejector pit doors. 14. New flood gates at exterior locations. 15. No change in use, egress or occupancy under this application.
