**As of May 20, 2025, the project was awarded to Guardian Asphalt Protection & Maintenance Co., with an awarded amount of $20,745.60.** The Elmhurst Park District intends to contract for the 2025 Seal Coat Project in Elmhurst, IL. The scope of the project includes cleaning, crack filling, and seal coating asphalt pavement, and applying painted pavement markings and parking stall markings. This is a Prevailing Wage schedule project. The contractor and all sub-contractors are required to pay the prevailing wage for DuPage/Cook Counties for the life of the project and are responsible for keeping up with any changes.
