Renovation of a mixed-use development in Elmhurst, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a swimming pool.
The Elmhurst Park District is accepting bids for the following identified project: 2025 Courts Plus Pool UV Sanitation System Replacement. A bid security in the amount of 10% of the base bid will be required to accompany bid proposals for this project. This is a Prevailing Wage Schedule Project and the contractor and all sub-contractors are to pay the prevailing wage for Du Page/Cook County for the life of the project and are responsible for keeping up with all changes. Certified payroll is required on this project by both general and sub-contractors.
