Scope/ Performance of Work/ Experienced Contractors: Volusia County is seeking the services of a State of Florida Certified General or Building Contractor to provide and pay for building permit (includes impact fees); and construct improvements to the site consisting of sitework, amenities and entrance ways. The amenities include: Prefabricated open air pavilions, dock with ADA kayak launch, bat house, prefab restroom building and observation tower. The project also includes stamped concrete sidewalks, gravel drive and parking, concrete paved and striped ADA parking, power and water well. The work also includes signage and site furniture. The site is across the street from the south entrance of Sleepy Hollow Road. This project is ECHO funded. Contractor's Operations shall comply with all Permit Conditions. The lowest responsive and responsible Bidder shall be responsible for all applicable permitting, labor, materials, equipment, tools, transportation, services, and incidentals necessary to complete all Work required by the specifications and as shown on the drawings.
