Description

Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Santa Cruz, California. Completed plans call for site work for a educational facility; for paving for a educational facility; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

Description of Work: This project involves completing a compaction grouting program in the sinkhole area on Hagar Road, near parking lot 103. Additionally, a diaphragm drain will be installed across the road, directing water into an existing storm drain manhole. After the grouting program is completed, the road and sidewalk will be restored to their original condition. All work must be completed between June 17 and August 29. Hagar Road can only be closed for a maximum of 4 weeks. For the remaining duration, the contractor will be required to provide flaggers and ensure that only one lane is closed at a time.
