The Santa Cruz County Regional Transportation Commission (RTC) invites qualified consultants to submit a proposal to support Planning for Climate Resilience of the Zero Emission Passenger Rail and Trail Corridor (ZEPRT) through (1) stakeholder and public outreach, (2) identification of existing conditions and climate hazards, (3) alternative project concepts and draft plan, (4) recommended project concepts, (5) final climate resilient plan, and (6) RTC input and acceptance. These services will identify actions for long term viability and resilience to climate stressors at the four most vulnerable locations along the potential ZEPRT and potential additional vulnerable locations that may be added to the scope, if funding is secured.
