The originally signed and notarized bid form and bid bond must be received within 2 business days of the bid opening at the following address: University of California, Santa Cruz PPDO - Contracts Department 1156 High Street Santa Cruz, CA 95064 The successful Bidder will be required to have the following California current and active contractor license at the time of submission of the Bid: CSLB B General Building Contractor or C39 Roofing Contractor. The successful Bidder shall pay all persons providing construction services and/or any labor on site, including any University location, no less than the UC Fair Wage ($15 per hour) and shall comply with all applicable federal, state and local working condition requirements. Estimated construction cost: $5,000,000
