The Nunda Township Highway Commissioner, Mike Lesperance, McHenry County, State of Illinois does hereby invite sealed bids from responsible suppliers labeled "2025 Asphalt Purchase" for N50 hot mix surface and binder asphalt to be used in our 2025 Road Program. Due to location and availability of material, we intend to issue three contracts. One contract to each of the three lowest bidders. Whatever the surface bid comes in at the binder must be sold at $1.00 a ton less than the surface bid. The lowest bidder's contract will be for a minimum of 6,000 tons, second place's contract for a minimum of 3,000 tons, and third place contract for a minimum of 2,000 tons. Highway Commissioner, Mike Lesperance reserves the right to reject any or all bids and waive technicalities.
