Site work and renovation of a mixed-use development in Lees Summit, Missouri. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field; and for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.
Lee's Summit Parks and Recreation Department (LSPR) is seeking firm qualifications for the design of an indoor sports complex in Lee's Summit Missouri within the planned future mixed-use development at Oldham Village site . The preliminary building program may include but not be limited to gymnasium space for multiple basketball/volley ballcourts, indoor turf, meeting rooms, administrative space, entry/lobby areas, storage, sports performance training, restrooms, and concession area. The approximately building square footage is 100,000-120,000 SF.
