The work consists of providing all materials, equipment, and labor to complete office space renovations to the Finance Department . The work consists of providing all materials, equipment, and laborto complete office space renovations to the Finance Department located at 745 Forest Parkway, Forest Park, GA 30297. Provide all material, equipment and labor to renovate and expand the Department of Finance office space to include new receptionist and security area, three (3) customer service workstations, and an enclosed office for management. All renovations must be ADA compliant, and bidders must comply with all federal, state, and local laws applicable to renovation/construction projects. Bidders are required to attend the mandatory pre-bid meeting and site visit to familiarize themselves with current office conditions related to the project's scope. The work includes, but is not limited to obtaining and providing all materials, labor, and equipment necessary to complete the project and the following tasks: Build-out a receptionist and Security Area in the existing lobby area Configure three (3) workstations located at the customer service windows, to include an extended office area for Tax Clerk Build-out an enclosed office for the existing management office Any questions pertaining to the requirements of the RFQ Documents, either procedural or technical, shall be submitted via the located at online Question Deadline 04/02/2025 at 5:00 PM ET The City reserves the right to accept or reject any and all quotes and to waive irregularities, technicalities, and formalities.
