Site work and renovation of a mixed-use development in Forest Park, Georgia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field; for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; and sidewalk / parking lot.

The work consists of furnishing and installing all materials, labor, tools, equipment, and related services required for a complete project. This project includes but is not limited to providing a complete renovation of an existing commercial building and associated site work; work is to include all traffic control for site work, exterior and interior demolition, erosion and sediment control, grading, signage, landscaping, framing, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing disciplinary work, and all other activities and appurtenances to provide a complete "Forest Park - Grapevine Built Out" project in Forest Park, Georgia. Question Submission Deadline: January 21, 2025, 5:00pm Any questions pertaining to the requirements of the Contract Documents and Technical Specifications, either procedural or technical, shall be in writing and are to be submitted to the City of Forest Park's approved website, https://www.forestparkga.gov/finance/page/bidsrfps, If the Prime SLBE firm is certified as a small business locally based inside Clayton County or locally based outside of Clayton County but within the following eleven (11) Counties of Cherokee, Clayton, Cobb, DeKalb, Douglas, Fayette, Fulton, Gwinnett, Henry, Rockdale, and Spalding then 100% LSBD participation applies. The City of Forest Park encourages all Prime vendors to engage other certified small businesses to partner with and/or the Prime vendor must demonstrate Good Faith Efforts on seeking these partnerships up to the 25% participation goal. Briefly and without force and effect on other requirements of the Contract Documents, the Project of the Contract can be described in summary as follows: The scope of this project includes, but is not limited to, the renovation of 10,864 square feet of an existing building located at 833 Forest Parkway, Forest Park, GA 30297. The renovated facility shall house meeting space, multiple food service tenant spaces and a culinary incubator. B. Work Included: The intent and meaning of the Contract Documents is that the Contractor, under the General Conditions and other terms of the Contract, shall take all actions necessary and required to provide all labor, plant, materials, supplies, equipment, transportation, facilities, and appurtenances which are indicated or implied by each drawing within the Drawings and each section of the Specifications, all of which are collectively necessary and required for the construction of the described Project.
