Renovation of a fire / police facility in Forest Park, Georgia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fire / police facility.
Any questions pertaining to the requirements of the RFQ Documents, either procedural or technical, shall be submitted Electronically by 5:00 pm on Monday, April 7, 2025. The work consists of remodeling five (5) bathrooms located at the Forest Park Police Department. The activity is proposed to be funded with local City of Forest Park funds. The selected contractor must comply with local and state laws including but not limited to provisions covering construction contracts. The goal of this project is to upgrade the existing bathrooms for a more efficient and accommodating layout in accordance with ADA requirements. All replacement items will be the same design, color, etc. The partitions will be stainless steel. The work includes, but is not limited to obtaining and providing all materials, labor, and equipment necessary to complete the project and the following tasks: Restrooms adjacent to the court Men: Install New Sink Install New Cabinet New Partition around the urinal (More neutral) New partition around the toilet. (More neutral) Fresh Paint New ceiling tile Floor strip, Wax and Buffed Install Toilet seat cover holder Women: Install New Sink Install New Cabinet New Partition around #1 toilet (More neutral) New partition around #2 toilet. (More neutral) Fresh Paint New ceiling tile Floor strip, Wax and Buffed Install two (2) Toilet seat cover holder (one for each toilet) Restrooms adjacent to CID interview room Men: New Flooring (Pull up old flooring) Install New Sink Add Cabinet Install New Countertop New Partition around toilet Install drywall work around the toilet Fresh Paint New Ceiling Tiles Install Toilet seat cover holder #114: Install New Sink Floor strip, Wax, and Buffed Add Cabinet New Countertop New partition around toilet Fresh Paint Install Toilet seat cover holder Restrooms adjacent to CID Restroom: Install New Sink Floor strip, Wax, and Buffed Add Cabinet Install New Countertop New Partition around toilet Install drywall work around the toilet Fresh Paint Install Toilet seat cover holder
