Rapid Setting Patching Materials. It is the responsibility of the supplier to view the Georgia Procurement Registry (GPR) and Team Georgia Marketplace (TGM) regularly during the solicitation period to determine if any addenda have been issued regarding this eRFQ. Suppliers should download and upload solicitation documents requiring signature(s) and /or data responses as part of their overall solicitation response within the Team Georgia Marketplace. For technical questions related to the use of Team Georgia Marketplace, including assistance with finding, opening and uploading documents, Suppliers have access to phone support through the DOAS Customer Service Help Desk at 404-657-6000, Monday through Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM ET excluding State Holidays, or any other day state offices are closed such as furlough days or closings in response to inclement weather. Suppliers can also email questions to: ProcurementHelp@doas.ga.gov. Deadline for written questions sent via email to the Issuing Officer referenced in Section 1.5. 07/17/24 4:00 p.m. ET. Responses to Written Questions 07/24/24 4:00 p.m. ET. Contract Term The term of the contract(s) shall be Five (5) calendar years from the date of award. In the event that the contract(s), if any, resulting from the award of this eRFQ shall terminate or be likely to terminate prior to the making of an award for a new contract for the identified products and/or services, the Department may, with the written consent of the awarded Supplier, extend by a formal extension, the contract(s) for such period of time as may be necessary to permit the Department's continued supply of the identified products and/or services. The contract(s) may be amended in writing from time to time by mutual consent of the parties. Unless this eRFQ states otherwise, the resulting award of the contract(s) does not guarantee volume or a commitment of funds.
