Aging and Disability Services Division is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide flooring at the Galletti Campus located at 480 Galletti Way, Reno, NV 89512 and related services as described in the scope of work and attachments. Replace indicated flooring (only orange and yellow highlighted sections of attached map) of Building 8N located at 480 Galletti Way, Sparks Nevada 89431. This work must be done by June 30, 2025. Flooringmaterialwillbe hard tile in yellow sections of the map, the hard tile should closely match the existing hard tile in the white sections of the map. Flooringmaterialwillbe carpet tile in orange sections of the map, the carpet tile color and material are to be determined. Furniture will be moved by Sierra Regional Center maintenance personnel. Sierra Regional Center will select the color of the flooring upon walk-through. 1. Using flooring diagram, remove existing hard flooring and replace with new authorized flooring. 2. Yellow sections will need to be replaced with hard tile that matches existing tile in white sections. 3. Orange sections will need to be replaced with carpet tile, these sections will need to be transitioned or leveled to best accommodate the transition between carpet tiles and hard tiles. 4. Replace baseboards and thresholds with new materials to match existing newer baseboards and thresholds in white sections. In all buildings, Vendor will: o Provide basic floor prep to install new flooring. o Supply and install new tile and carpet. o Supply and install new baseboard. o Supply and installtransition strips as needed. o Provide tarp orplastic forwall and trimprotection as needed. o Remove all trash and debris from jobsite when project is finished. Workdayswill be Monday - Friday,with start and end times coordinated with Facility Supervisor,but will not include overnight. Schedule of installation will be determined by Sierra Regional Center and awarded vendor upon final contract approval. Expectations are as follows: o Vendor to meet with Facility Supervisor at the beginning of the project to ensure all information is up to date and accurate. o Communicate with maintenance staff daily to inform them of what has been completed, and what will be done the next day with any possible issues. o Vendors to keep areas neat and debris cleaned up at the end of each day. All debris to be extracted will be hauled off by vendor. o And finally, have a final inspection done with the Facility Supervisor to make sure that staff is completely satisfied with the installation.
