The project consists of 5 new building additions, misc interior renovations & new synthetic turf football field. Required trades: abatement, demo, surveying, CIP concrete, reinforcing steel, masonry, structural steel, decorative metals, casework, wate insulation, roofing, metal panels, fireproofing, DFH, OH doors & grilles, storefront, drywall systems, tile, resilient flooring, carpet, epoxy c painting, specialties, press box, fire suppression, plumbing, hvac, electrical, earthwork, site concrete, athletic surfaces, fencing & landscapi Approx budget is $80,000,000. Bid docs anticipated 4/24/25 for qualified subcontractors. Construction start June 2025. Project Start June 2025 Completion Sept 2027. NOTICE: Subcontractors, who will perform at least 1% of the estimated value of the work or $50,000 whichever is greater, must be qualifi pursuant to NRS 338.16991.
