Reference Number 0000380181 Bid Intent Not Available Provide Resident Project Representative Services for the City of Wray's Sidewalk Improvement Project. The Scope of service for this project includes the replacement of the sidewalk, curb & gutter, and asphalt along Highway 34 (3rd Street) Wray, CO. The project is partially funded by CDOT State funds and is CDOT Project No. MTFM322-039, Sub-account 25455. Project Details: The project construction cost equals approximately $1,151,000 and consists of the following major upgrades to the City of Wray Sidewalk Improvements (Work): Demolition of the existing Sidewalk, curb & gutter, and asphalt including any ancillary work required to facilitate these removals. Construction of sidewalk, curb & gutter and asphalt patching. Construction Substantial Completion: 120 Days after Notice to Proceed Question Deadline 03/28/2025 at 5:00 PM MT Questions are submitted online Yes The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, to waive irregularities and informalities therein and to select RPR in the best interests of the Owner. Owner reserves the right to modify the Project, and no guarantees are made that the Project will follow the above tentative schedule, or will be constructed at all. Proposals submitted in response to this advertisement are done so at the Bidder's own risk and Bidder shall take full responsibility for all associated costs.
