The Republican River Water Conservation District (RRWCD) is seeking Request for Proposals ("RFP") from professional engineering firms for services to include, but not necessarily limited to, planning, design, review, and inspection of an expansion to the Compact Compliance Pipeline owned and operated by the RRWCD. These may include, but are not limited to, designing (including preparation of bid documents for construction) of an approximately $10 - $15 million expansion of the Compact Compliance Pipeline to include one or more new wells and infrastructure to connect these wells to the existing Compact Compliance Pipeline. In addition, the engineering firm may be asked to serve as the RRWCD's project engineer during the construction phase of the project. Proposals shall be submitted in writing and signed by a duly authorized representative of the engineering firm. The RRWCD reserves the right to waive any formality or any informality in the process of awarding this request. The RRWCD reserves the right to accept any proposal, in whole or in part, and to reject any or all proposals if it is deemed in the best interest of the RRWCD. The RRWCD further reserves the right to issue addenda to this request at any time, as a result of questions, changes in schedule, or other matters. The RRWCD also reserves the right to cancel or reissue this request at any time. Scope of Work Essential services performed by the engineering firm for the RRWCD are anticipated to include, at a minimum, the following: 1. Preliminary and final design of an expansion of the Compact Compliance Pipeline to include one or more new wells. 2. Preparation of bid documents for the solicitation of bids from qualified construction firms for construction of the expansion of the Compact Compliance Pipeline. 3. Review of construction bids. 4. May include serving as the project engineer for the RRWCD during construction of the Compact Compliance Pipeline expansion. 5. May include field surveys of the constructed expansion of the Compact Compliance Pipeline *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
