Provide a dedicated Fiber Optic Internet connection to the Colorado Parks and Wildlife (CPW) Wray Fish Hatchery and the Wray Hatchery Office/Visitors Center located at 35677 County Rd FF, Wray, CO 80758. Install a high-speed fiber optic backbone and/or lateral connections to the existing Wray Fish Hatchery building and the Office/Visitors Center building, with a minimum guaranteed bandwidth capacity of 250Mbps symmetrical to each building. Work includes: - Burying fiber underground from County Rd FF, traversing west across CPW property to the Office/Visitors Center, then continuing south to the Hatchery building. - Installing 2" conduit from the Demarcation Point into the designated IT rooms of both the Office and the Hatchery. - Terminating fiber in a wall-mounted patch panel inside each building's designated IT closet, including vendor networking equipment, DMARC, router, and switch tested for connectivity. - Restoring all disturbed surfaces-including asphalt, grass, and concrete-to as-good or better condition, subject to final approval by the CPW Site Manager. - Providing all engineering, permitting, easements and inspections, including boring, trenching, handhole installation, splicing, and wall-mounting operations. - Physical inspection, certified speed test demonstrating a sustained 250Mbps symmetrical throughput at the demarcation point in both buildings, and delivery of "As-Built" drawings/maps detailing the exact underground path of the fiber and the location of all handholes are required for final sign-off and payment. Bidders must submit quotes using the Vendor Self Service (VSS) System or email. Hardcopy proposals will not be accepted. All bid requirements, submission instructions, and applicable state preferences and conditions must be followed. The completed submission form, vendor qualifications questionnaire, project pricing, and supporting documentation must be included for a responsive proposal. Lump sum pricing should include all associated costs. Additional invoices for miscellaneous work tasks, deliverables, or travel costs will not be reimbursed.
