It is the Contractor’s responsibility to ensure that they have incorporated all addenda into their bid submission. • Tender envelopes must be clearly marked with the project Name. • Tender documents will need to be received prior to 2PM on the date specified in the tender. • No submissions will be accepted after that time. • The tender opening will be opened to the public. • Tender envelopes will be opened immediately after the tender closing.
