**As of April 24, 2025, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for the award has not yet been established.** Bids are invited for several items and quantities of work as follows: 1. Installing RCPs, Manholes, Inlet, Wingwalls, Headwalls, Box Culverts, Concrete Rip-Rap, Concrete Valley Gutters, Concrete Curb and Gutter, and Ditch Regarding. 2. Removing existing Fencing, Trees, Brush, Concrete Paving, and Curb and Gutter. A bid bond in the amount of 5 percent of the bid issued by an acceptable surety shall be submitted with each bid [for those contracts that exceed $100,000]. A certified check or bank draft payable to the Town of Refugio or negotiable U.S. Government Bonds (as par value) may be submitted in lieu of the Bid Bond. The Town of Refugio reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any informalities in the bidding. Bids may be held by Town of Refugio for a period not to exceed 60 days from the date of the bid opening for the purpose of reviewing the bids and investigating the bidder's qualifications prior to the contract award. All questions must be answered and the data given must be clear and comprehensive. This statement must be notarized. If necessary, questions may be answered on separate attached sheets. The Bidder may submit any additional information it desires
