Separate payment and performance bonds, each in an amount equalto 100% of the total Contract amount issued by a California admittedsurety as defined in California Code of Civil Procedure Section995.120, are required, and shall be provided to the Owner prior toexecution of the Contract and shall be in the form set forth in theContract Documents. All payroll records as detailed in Labor Code 1776 of the Contractorand all Subcontractors shall be certified and furnished directly tothe Labor Commissioner in accordance with Labor Code 1771.4(a) (3) once every thirty (30) days while Work is being performedon the Project and within thirty (30) days after the final day ofWork performed on the Project (or more frequently if required bythe District or the Labor Commissioner). The Contractor and allSubcontractors shall submit their own payroll records to the LaborCommissioner on the internet website of the Department of IndustrialRelations and such payroll records shall be in an electronic formatand manner prescribed by the Labor Commissioner. It is each bidder's sole responsibility to ensure its bid is timelydelivered and received at the location designated as specified above.Any bid received at the designated location after the scheduledclosing time for receipt of bids shall be returned to the bidderunopened.
