From County Line to CSAH 6TYPE OF WORK: Mill, Bituminous Overlay, and Aggregate Shoulders LENGTH: 4.059 Miles The major items of work are approximately: 4,041 Cu. Yds. of Shoulder Base Aggregate Special57,241 Sq. Yds. of Mill Bituminous Surface 1.0"10,413 Tons of Type SP 9.5 Wear Course Mixture (2,C). Electronic bids must be accompanied by a corporate surety bond payable to the Roseau County Treasurer in an amount of not less than five percent (5%) of the total bid. The Roseau County Board of Commissioners reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any irregularities and award the contract in the best interest of Roseau County. Minimum wage rates to be paid by the Contractors have been predetermined and are subject to the Work Hours Act of 1962, P.L. 87-581 and implementing regulations.
