Renovation of a museum in Roseau, Minnesota. Completed plans call for the renovation of a museum.

For the Furnishing of Work and Materials for the Reroofing of City of Roseau Memorial Arena. Bids Must Be Made on the Basis of Cash Payment for Work and Accompanied by a Cash Deposit, Certified Check on a Responsible Bank in the State Of Minnesota, or a Bidders Bond Made Payable Without Conditions to the City of Roseau, MN, in an Amount of Not Less Than 5% of the Total Amount Of the Bid. A Prime Contractor Shall Include in Its Verification of Compliance a List of All of Its First-tier Subcontractors That It Intends to Retain for Work on the Project. Before Execution Of a Construction Contract, a Prime Contractor Shall Submit a Supplemental Verification Under Oath Confirming That All Subcontractors and Motor Carriers That the Prime Contractor Intends to Use to Perform Project Work Have Verified to the Prime Contractor, Through a Signed Statement Under Oath By an Owner or Officer, That They Meet the Minimum Criteria for a Responsible Contractor. The City Council Reserves the Right to Reject Any and All Bids and to Waive Any Bids Received Without Explanation. No Bid May Be Withdrawn for a Period of Thirty (30) Days.
