Description: The Roseau Pedestrian Bridge Project will consist of placing a new pedestrian bridge over the Roseau River, approaches, concrete shared-use path, and lighting. The Project includes the following major items and approximate quantities: Pedestrian Bridge (Superstructure) 1Lump Sum Lighting System 1 Lump Sum 6" Concrete Walk 6173 Cu. Yd. Structural Concrete (3B52) 91 Cu. Yd. Structural Concrete (1G52) 53 Cu. Yd. Est. Completion Date: Oct. 3, 2026 Contract award will be based on the lowest and/or best qualified responsible Bidder, ability to complete the work within the specified time frame, or at the discretion of the Owner. A single contract will be awarded for the work.
