2025-1 CCMG Seal Coat Road Project For the following: 2025-1CCMG Seal Coat (Chip and Seal) Road Project Millhousen, Indiana All bids must be accompanied by (1) a Certified Check, or a Bid Surety Bond payable to said Town of Board of Millhousen, in the amount equal to Ten Percent (10%) ofthe total amount of bid, guaranteeing the successful bidder's performance and fulfillment of the contract. Bids may be withdrawn priorto, but no bidder may withdraw their bid for a period of sixty (60) days after the date set for the opening ofthe bids, without the consent ofthe Owner or fails to execute a satisfactory contract within ten (10) days after notice of acceptance, the Owner may declare the Bid deposit forfeited as liquidated damages. The Certified Checks, or Bonds of unsuccessful bidders will be returned upon award ofthe contract to the successful bidder. In determing the lowest and most responsive and responsible bidder, in addition to cost, the following factors shall be considered: the number of days for mobilization of contract, the number of days for completion of services at all locations, ability to comply with all bid requirements, past record of performance with other clients including the quality ofwork, reliability, capability of staffing, and experience of officerto render prompt and satisfactory service ofthe volume called for under the contract. The Town Board of Millhousen reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive, to the extent permitted by law, any ofthe terms, conditions or provisions contained in this Notice to Bidders, or and informality, irregularity, omission of and bid provided that such waiver shall, in the discretion ofthe Town Board of Millhousen, to the advantage of the Town of Millhousen.
